I'm in freshmen football at the highschool and we have a break for 2 weeks and I was wondering what i should do to stay in shape over the 2 weeks. i have a 20 pound dumbell and a 35 and a pullup bar and the perfect pushup and i live near a track. oh and im a safety. could you please make a list of what i should do on weekdays? thanks.oh and possibly gain some weight? i have whey protein.i weigh 140 and im like 5'11 give or take
