It is reported in the Telegraph today that hackers have stolen the entire 2011 census.?

The Government have know for years that they can't been sensitive information secret. I remember the census in 1971. My father worked for the Government on the nuclear weapons programme. He and his colleagues were concerned about filling in the census. They were told the information would be totally secure. So they told them fine but if any harm comes to us or our families we know where to find you and you know our capabilities. Funnily enough it was decided that none of them had to fill in the census and I've only just been required to fill one in myself, my father having died a couple of years ago.
