So, usually on weekends Fridays and Saturdays I pretty much pig out alot. On weekdays I eat pretty much healthy foods. But the thing is every friday I eat burgers. I love burgers. They are so delicious! I know they're not healthy. By the end of the week I just wanna pug out. Eat something greasy. Is this good or bad? Im not over weight. Im 18, 90 pounds. 5'1. Help? Good or bad?
