How to get Betaka Raqm qawmi from the Egyptian embassy where I am living overseas?
My Egyptian passport has expired 2 years ago ,I have a computerized egyptian birth certifcate , and I am living overseas with my foreign passport and ID ? I have no accommodation in Egypt or address ?
