Movie from the 80's with computerized type motorcycle.?

I wanna say this was a Chuck Norris film, but I have yet to find the name of this movie. All I know is that it had voice capability's and wanna say some sort of weapon system. Does anyone know anything about this movie? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
