Mid-Late 90's tv show about a blended family with 2 wedding cakes in the intro?

For some reason today I remembered a show that used to be on tv. The intro had a mom and her kids on top of wedding cake and then a dad and his kids on a different wedding, the two different cakes smash together, symbolizing how the two families are becoming one. The dad was a blonde guy, there were three kids total, I think it was set in New York City, and it used to air on USA on weekday mornings. I just cannot remember the title. Thanks=)
