Old cartooooooooooooooooon name?

There was a famous cartoon i used to watch when i was a child, i forget its name... In that cartoon character wear some sort of device on their ear and by that they move to another computerized world... If they die there they also die in the original world too... Does anybody has any idea???? ;-)
