Has anyone tried CBT ? Cognitive Behavioural Therapy?

CBT is the most effective proven therapy for anxiety and depression. In some cases, CBT has been shown to be just as effective as meds in helping people! Don't give up your meds though, you have a better chance of managing your mood disorder if you take meds with a combination of therapy and Psych education. I have had good results with CBT myself. As with anything you do, the more effort and work you put into it, the more you will get out of it. As you start examining your thought processes, you'll start to get a bearing on how your thinking can effect your moods. This conscientiousness will help you to weed out and replace destructive patterns with healthy ones. Hope this helps, Good Luck.
