I had the ball joints replaced in my Jeep Liberty and now the front passanger tire is making noises, why?

Take it back and talk to the manager and explain that to him... I think your being taken for a ride... Also take it to another Mechanic and ask him to check it for you... Have him write a work order up... Then take it bake to the other guy...
