Where can I watch fullmetal alchemist English dubbed on a mobile device like an iPhone or iPod touch?

Also I would like to be able to watch the latest dubbed naruto and bleach on my iPod. I know you can watch a lot of subbed on crunchy roll but It does not have FMA bro and I also think it has a great dubb so I want to be able to watch it dubbed on my iPod touch. The reason for this is my dad does not let me use the computer when he I not home. Which is like until 5:30 on weekdays and I have school off and the only videos I can watch on my iPod are YouTube and they took down the people who posted dubbed naruto and bleach. if you cant find it streaming online tell me where I can download it I have a non jailbroken iPod and I need to be able to download them using the download manager and most times I try with it it does not work.
