I cannot study for more than two hours on holidays.pls suggest how to improve concentration and manage time.?

i am in class eleven. an IIT aspirant. have tutions everyday of the week. hardly get time on weekdays. but according to my teachers all IIT aspirants must study 6 hours a day. i know need to draw up a schedule and follow it religiously which i can never do. i have tried around ten times already. i need help...immediately.
